    Join us to explore what it means to “go within” and discover the core of divinity within us all.
    2. Boardroom vs. Family Room - Balancing Career and Family
    How do we balance Swami’s teachings on the importance of a mother’s consistent presence and involvement in her child’s life and in the creation of a harmonious home with the demands of a career in today’s world?
    3. Living Swami’s Teachings in all Aspects of Life
    What does it mean to be a Sai devotee in all aspects of life – both inside and outside the Sai Center? How do we integrate these important aspects of life so that we are in harmony in thought, word and deed. Practically, how does this integration translate into how we dress, speak or conduct ourselves?
    4. Spiritual Sadhana in the Family
    How do we establish a God-loving household and pursue our individual sadhana as well as fostering family sadhana? How do we establish a harmonious and home and how can we approach spiritual dichotomy between spouses?
    5. Practicing the Presence of God
    What does it mean to live in the awareness of God’s presence? How can we build faith and make every day a journey closer to Him?

    1. Swami, the Divine Feminist!
    Explores Swami’s teaching on some of the core character traits of women like modesty, sacrifice, and patience and how they are the source of the real strength of women. Swami teaches us that the real meaning of feminism has little to do with what we might achieve in the world and much more to do with who we are inside.
    2. Are you listening? Communication Among Generations
    How can we utilize our qualities and strengths as women to communicate and to receive and absorb values and beliefs between generations? How do we distinguish that which changes from that which remains unchanging despite shifting customs, mores, environments?
    3. Creative Seva
    Explore practical demonstrations of creative seva ideas – how to make woolen caps for babies, blankets, making garlands, etc.
    4. Managing Stress through Spirituality
    How can the practice of Swami’s teachings practically help us enhance our emotional health and to cope with stress?
    5. Spirituality through Poetry
    We are accustomed to expressing devotion through music and prayer, but poetry can also be a powerful expression of love for God. This workshop explores poetry as a creative spiritual exercise.
